Woodrow Clark II, Ph.D.

Woodrow W. Clark II, MA3,  Ph.D., Senior Fellow with the Milken Institute, is currently a Lecturer at  University of California (UC), Riverside, A. Gary Anderson School (MBA  program) in Sustainable Development and the Executive Director of the  Alternative Energy Center at Heckmann School for International  Entrepreneurship.
Clark is a co-winner of the Nobel Peace Prize (2007) due to his authorship and as a co-editor on Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). He is also co-author of  “Agile Energy Systems: global lessons from the California energy crisis” (2004). His next book, “Qualitative Economics: toward a science of economics” is due in 2008, along with two other books on Sustainable Communities and Development.  From 2005-07, Clark was Senior Foreign Energy Advisor through the Asian Development Bank to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (IMAR), Peoples Republic of China.
