Nadine Gerson
Nadine Gerson is a strong advocate for bolder action on energy issues with all levels of government, as well as with corporations, and not for profit organizations. Ms. Gerson has motivated these groups to take concrete actions to reduce their carbon footprint. One of the more successful of these is a program in which organizations provide incentives for their employees to purchase hybrid vehicles. She serves as chair of the Energy Security Committee of the American Jewish Committee (AJC) in Los Angeles. She has been integral to the AJC’s development of a national initiative on clean energy.
Ms. Gerson has worked in the real estate sector in Mexico, and at McKinsey & Company in Mexico and New York. Her BA is from Yale and her MBA from Harvard. Born in Mexico City, she is bilingual and maintains business relationships in Mexico.
