Jonathan Hurwitch

Jonathan Hurwitch is Chief Operating Officer and Principal  of Sentech, Inc., a Bethesda, MD-based energy and environment  management consulting firm. Under the leadership of Hurwitch and his  team, Sentech specializes in conducting technical, economic, policy,  and communications studies for emerging, distributed and alternative 
energy concepts on behalf of both government and commercial clients.  Notably in this capacity, Mr. Hurwitch is also the Project Manager on  a technical assistance contract and has served the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Energy Efficiency and Renewable  Energy programs for more than 25 years. In this and previous contracts, Sentech provides technical and analytical  assistance to many of the DOE energy efficiency and renewable energy  programs including Solar, Wind/Hydropower, Geothermal, Biofuels,  FreedomCAR, Hydrogen Fuel Cells and Infrastructure, Buildings, and  the Federal Energy Management Program.
