Anne Korin
Anne Korin chairs the Set America Free Coalition, an alliance of national security, environmental, labor and religious groups promoting ways to reduce America's dependence on foreign oil. Former National Security Advisor Robert C. McFarlane said about her: "In all of my years in public life I have never met or heard of a more expert, persuasive, and effective advocate - and I worked for Ronald Reagan." Ms. Korin is also co-director of the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security (IAGS) and editor of Energy Security. She appears in the media frequently and has written articles for Foreign Affairs, The American Interest, Commentary Magazine, and the Journal of International Security Affairs. She appears frequently on Capitol Hill and her advice is sought by members of Congress. Her education includes an engineering degree in computer science from Johns Hopkins University and work towards a doctorate at Stanford University.
